# DocuSign

> How to connect DocuSign to Pike, send quotes for signature, and mark deals won when the client signs.

The DocuSign integration sends Pike quotes for signature and tracks the envelope in real time. When the client signs, the signed PDF attaches to the deal and customer, the quote is marked Accepted, and the deal can move to Won, ready to attach a project.

## Connect DocuSign

1. Go to **Workspace settings** → **Integrations** → **DocuSign**.
2. Click **Add integration**.
3. Authorize Pike in the DocuSign popup.

Only workspace admins can connect or disconnect DocuSign.

## Send a quote for signature

From a Pike quote, click **Send for signature**. Pike creates a DocuSign envelope with the quote PDF, addressed to the quote recipient.

## What syncs

DocuSign Connect sends envelope status to Pike in real time.

| DocuSign | Pike |
| - | - |
| Envelope sent | Quote shows Sent |
| Envelope viewed | Quote shows Viewed |
| Envelope signed | Signed PDF attaches to the deal and customer. Quote marked **Accepted** |
| Envelope declined | Quote shows Declined |

### Mark deal won when signed

**Mark deal won when signed** is on by default. When the envelope is signed, the deal moves to **Won**, ready to attach a project.

## Disconnect

Disconnecting DocuSign stops status updates and keeps signed PDFs on their deals and customers.

## Permissions

Quotes, deals, and signed PDFs follow Pike roles: people who can see the deal see its envelope status.

## Limits

* Pike sends the quote PDF as the envelope. Build other documents in DocuSign.
* Each envelope goes to the quote recipient.
