# Loom

> How to connect Loom to Pike so Loom links in tasks play inline, and record a Loom from the task comment box.

The Loom integration embeds Loom links in Pike task descriptions and comments as playable videos with title and duration, and lets members record a Loom from the comment box. Walkthroughs and client feedback stay on the task they belong to.

## Connect Loom

1. Go to **Workspace settings** → **Integrations** → **Loom**.
2. Click **Add integration**.
3. Authorize Pike in the Loom popup.

Only workspace admins can connect or disconnect Loom.

### Connect your personal account

Recording posts the video as the member who records it, so each member who records connects their own Loom account.

1. Go to **Settings** → **Connections**.
2. Connect your Loom account and follow the prompts.

## What syncs

Loom links in task descriptions and comments embed as playable videos.

## Disconnect

Disconnecting Loom turns embeds back into plain links. The links stay on the task.

Playback respects the Loom video's sharing settings.
