# n8n

> How to connect n8n to Pike with a Pike community node for n8n, and which Pike triggers and actions are available.

Pike for n8n is a Pike community node for n8n. It starts n8n workflows from Pike events, such as a deal won or an invoice paid, and acts in Pike, such as creating a task or logging time.

## Connect n8n

Authenticate with a Pike API secret, or with OAuth where n8n supports it.

1. In n8n, install the **Pike** community node.
2. Create Pike credentials with a Pike API secret, or with OAuth where offered.
3. Add a Pike trigger or action node to a workflow and map the fields.

## What syncs

Every Pike automation integration exposes the same triggers and actions.

## Disconnect

Remove the Pike connection in n8n, or revoke its API secret in Pike, to stop the workflows.

## Permissions

n8n acts in Pike with the access of the API secret or the signed-in Pike user. Private projects stay private.

## Limits

* Triggers and actions are limited to the lists above.
* Workflows run in n8n. Pike does not host them.
