# PandaDoc

> How to connect PandaDoc to Pike, link PandaDoc documents to deals, and mark deals won with the document total when completed.

The PandaDoc integration links PandaDoc documents to Pike deals and tracks their status in real time. When a document is completed, the deal can move to Won and take the document total as its value.

## Connect PandaDoc

1. Go to **Workspace settings** → **Integrations** → **PandaDoc**.
2. Click **Add integration**.
3. Authorize Pike in the PandaDoc popup.

Only workspace admins can connect or disconnect PandaDoc.

## Link a document

Link a PandaDoc document to a Pike deal from the deal, or by pasting the document URL.

## What syncs

PandaDoc sends document status to Pike in real time through webhooks.

| Draft | Document shows Draft |
| Sent | Document shows Sent |
| Viewed | Document shows Viewed |
| Completed | Deal moves to **Won**, when **Mark deal won when completed** is on |
| Document total | Deal value, when **Update deal value** is on |

## Disconnect

Disconnecting PandaDoc stops status updates and keeps linked documents on their deals.

## Permissions

Linked documents follow Pike roles: people who can see the deal see its document status.

## Limits

* Pike links existing PandaDoc documents. Create documents in PandaDoc.
* Deal value updates only when **Update deal value** is on.
