Each entity has **Read** and, where supported, **Send** toggles. New connections read everything and send invoices only. Customers send **When you send it** or **With its first invoice**. Invoices reach Exact Online only when someone sends them: emailing an invoice from Pike does not send it. After an invoice is sent, make changes in Exact Online.
