## What syncs between Factorial and Pike

| Factorial | Pike | Notes |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Employee | Member | Matched by email |
| Team | Team | |
| Job title on the contract | Position | |
| Working hours on the contract | Capacity per week | From each contract version’s effective date |
| Termination date | Member status | A terminated employee becomes a deactivated member. History is kept |
| Approved leaves | Time off | By mapped leave type |

Approved time off creates Pike time off of the mapped type and comes off capacity. Pending or rejected requests do not sync.
