Each entity has **Read** and, where supported, **Send** toggles. New connections read everything and send invoices only. Customers send **When you send it** or **With its first invoice**. Invoices reach Tripletex only when someone sends them: emailing an invoice from Pike does not send it. After an invoice is sent, make changes in Tripletex.

## How agencies use Pike with Tripletex

- **Run projects in one place.** Projects, time, and allocations live in Pike, so delivery leads do not keep a second project list in Tripletex.
- **Put supplier costs on projects.** Supplier invoices import as expenses, ready to assign, so project margin includes freelancer and media spend.
- **Send invoices once.** Invoices built in Pike from billable hours go to Tripletex without re-keying.
