Pike takes your privacy seriously and complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

2. Data We Process and Purpose
2.1. Website Visitors
When you visit our website, we use cookies and similar technologies for:
• Site performance
• Usage analytics
• Marketing
We use Google Analytics, provided by Google LLC and Google Ireland Ltd. Data from EU-based IP addresses is processed and stored within the EU by default. Google Analytics assigns a pseudonymous user ID to track user behavior. Your IP address is not combined with other Google data.
You can disable cookies in your browser to prevent data collection. Some site features may be limited if cookies are disabled.

We are not responsible for personal data collected by external sites linked from our platform.
2.2. Demo Requests
When you request a demo, we collect:
• Name
• Company Name
• Company Size
• Phone number (optional)
Purpose:
• To deliver demo access
• To send onboarding tips and invitations
Demo data is stored in HubSpot and can be deleted upon request at privacy@usepike.com
2.3. Free Trial Sign-Up
When you sign up for a free trial, we collect:
• Name
• Last Name
• Company Name
• Company Industry
• Company Size
By signing up, you agree to receive email communication from Pike during the trial period to ensure optimal onboarding and usage experience. You may unsubscribe at any time.
2.4. Newsletter Subscription
We collect your email address when you sign up for newsletters. Data is stored in HubSpot CRM. We have signed a Data Processing Agreement with HubSpot based on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs). Emails can be unsubscribed from at any time.
2.5. Campaign Interactions
When you download guides or resources, we collect:
• Name
Data is stored in HubSpot CRM and only used for campaign follow-up. You may request data deletion at any time.
2.6. Webinar and Event Registrations
Collected data:
• Name
Stored in HubSpot CRM for event communication. Data can be deleted upon request.
2.7. Job Applications
We process submitted CVs and applications for hiring purposes. If not hired, your application is deleted within 3 months unless ongoing dialogue continues. Data is stored securely and not shared externally.
2.8. Pike Software Users
We collect:
• Name
• Phone number (optional)
• Role (optional)
Stored in HubSpot CRM for account management. HubSpot operates solely under our instruction and data is transferred via SCCs.
3. Sub-Processors
We use trusted sub-processors who follow GDPR-compliant practices. All agreements include Data Processing Agreements.

Purpose: CRM, email marketing and critical communication.
4. Collection of IP Address Information
We collect and process your IP address to:
• Optimize language and content
• Improve user experience
• EU-based IP data is processed and stored within the EU when using Google Analytics.

Rectification – Request corrections to inaccurate data.
Erasure – Request deletion of your data, unless legally required otherwise.
Restriction – Request limited use of your data.
Portability – Request your data in a machine-readable format.
Objection – Object to specific data processing practices.
Withdraw Consent – Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may file a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency.
