What syncs between ADP Workforce Now and Pike

Approved time off creates Pike time off of the mapped type and comes off capacity. Pending or rejected requests do not sync.
Send hours to payroll is off by default. When on, closing a pay period sends approved regular and overtime hours for hourly employees.
Set up and use ADP Workforce Now
Connect
- 1.Go to Workspace settings → Integrations → ADP Workforce Now and click Add integration.
- 2.Approve Pike in ADP Marketplace, or enter your API Central client ID, secret, and certificate.
- 3.Map time off policies and earning codes, then click Import data.
How to use it in your business
- Pay from the hours you bill. Hourly payroll uses approved Pike timesheets, so pay and invoices come from the same numbers.
- Plan around real availability. Approved ADP time off comes off capacity, so nobody books people who are out.
Limits
- Salaried employees’ hours are not sent.
- Pike does not run payroll or calculate tax.
- Pending or denied time off requests do not sync.
