Pike does not set Swedish VAT or ROT/RUT fields. Set them in Fortnox when needed.
Each entity has Read and, where supported, Send toggles. New connections read everything and send invoices only. Customers send When you send it or With its first invoice. Invoices reach Fortnox only when someone sends them: emailing an invoice from Pike does not send it. After an invoice is sent, make changes in Fortnox.
How to connect Fortnox
- 1.Go to Workspace settings → Integrations → Fortnox, click Add integration, and authorize Fortnox.
- 2.Set Read and Send for each entity in the sync settings card.
- 3.Click Import data to bring in customers, articles, invoices, payments, and supplier invoices.

How agencies use Pike with Fortnox
- Count supplier costs on projects. Supplier invoices import as expenses, ready to assign to projects, so freelancer spend counts against margin.
- Bill from tracked time. Invoices built in Pike from billable hours go to Fortnox without re-keying.
- Keep Swedish bookkeeping in Fortnox. Your accountant keeps VAT and ROT/RUT in Fortnox while delivery leads watch margin in Pike.
Limits to know before you connect
- Pike does not set Swedish VAT or ROT/RUT fields.
- Pike cannot create articles in Fortnox.
- After an invoice is sent to Fortnox, make changes in Fortnox.

Does Pike set ROT or RUT on Fortnox invoices?
