Each entity has Read and, where supported, Send toggles. New connections read everything and send invoices only. Customers send When you send it or With its first invoice. Invoices reach Exact Online only when someone sends them: emailing an invoice from Pike does not send it. After an invoice is sent, make changes in Exact Online.
How to connect Exact Online
- 1.Go to Workspace settings → Integrations → Exact Online, click Add integration, and authorize Exact Online.
- 2.Choose the Exact division to sync.
- 3.Click Import data to bring in accounts, items, invoices, and payments.

How agencies use Pike with Exact Online
- Invoice without VAT mistakes. VAT codes come from the item, so invoices built in Pike reach Exact with the right code.
- Create clients when you bill them. Set customers to send with their first invoice, so new accounts appear in Exact at billing time.
- See paid status on projects. Payments from Exact show on invoices in Pike, so project leads see which work is paid.
Limits to know before you connect
- One Exact division per connection.
- Pike cannot create items in Exact Online.
- After an invoice is sent to Exact Online, make changes in Exact Online.
