Approved time off creates Pike time off of the mapped type and comes off capacity. Pending or rejected requests do not sync.
Set up and use Humaans
Connect
- 1.Go to Workspace settings → Integrations → Humaans and click Add integration.
- 2.Paste a Humaans API access token with read access to people and time away.
- 3.Map time away types to Pike time off types, then click Import data.
How to use it in your business
- Measure utilization on contracted hours. A four-day working pattern in Humaans sets a four-day work schedule in Pike.
- Staff projects around time away. Approved time away comes off capacity, so allocations avoid people who are out.
Limits
- Pike does not write to Humaans.
- Pending or declined time away does not sync.
- Compensation sync is off until an admin or finance user turns it on.
