Pike integrates with Sage Intacct: customers, items, Intacct projects, posted invoices, payments, and AP bills sync into Pike, and invoices created in Pike go back to Intacct. AP bills land on projects with their dimensions, so project margin counts real costs.

Each entity has Read and, where supported, Send toggles. New connections read everything and send invoices only. Customers send When you send it or With its first invoice. Invoices reach Sage Intacct only when someone sends them: emailing an invoice from Pike does not send it. After an invoice is sent, make changes in Sage Intacct.
How to connect Sage Intacct
- 1.Go to Workspace settings → Integrations → Sage Intacct and click Add integration.
- 2.Enter your Web Services credentials and company ID.
- 3.Map departments and locations to Pike teams, then click Import data.

How agencies use Pike with Sage Intacct
- Keep one project list. Intacct projects match Pike projects by project ID, so finance and delivery report on the same projects.
- Put AP costs on projects. AP bills import as expenses with their project and dimension, so contractor and pass-through costs count against margin.
- Bill from tracked time. Invoices built in Pike from billable hours go to Intacct without re-keying.
Limits to know before you connect
- Pike does not post to the general ledger. Sage Intacct stays the system for posting.
- Projects match by Intacct project ID.
- After an invoice is sent to Sage Intacct, make changes in Sage Intacct.
