Who can do what
The connected account
Each integration connects with one account in the other system. Pike reads and writes with that account’s permissions, so a record the account cannot see does not sync. Use a dedicated integration user where the other system offers one, so the connection does not depend on one person’s job. Calendar and mailbox integrations are personal. Each member connects their own account, and only they see their own events and email in Pike.Synced data follows Pike roles
A synced record has the same access rules as one created in Pike.- Financial fields on customers, projects and invoices are visible to the roles that see finance in Pike.
- A private project’s tasks, time and files are visible only to people on the project, and never sync out to anyone who cannot see the project in Pike.
- Members see synced time off for their teams the same way they see time off entered in Pike.
Plans
Most integrations are available on every plan. Some categories need a specific plan, and the integration page states it under At a glance. Real-time sync is part of the Enterprise plan. See How sync works.Audit
Every connection, disconnection and sync settings change is recorded with who made it and when, under Workspace settings → Integrations → Activity. Each record sent from Pike by a person shows who sent it.Related
