How agencies use Pike with Harvest

  • Start reporting on day one. Historical time with billable and billed status comes across, so utilization and margin reports cover past months.
  • Switch team by team. Daily sync imports new Harvest time every night, so one team can move to Pike while others finish the month in Harvest.
  • Keep your resource plan. Forecast assignments become Pike allocations, so capacity planning carries on without rebuilding the schedule.

Limits to know before you connect

  • Invoices from Harvest import as read-only history.
  • Pike does not write to Harvest.
