What syncs between Paylocity and Pike

Approved time off creates Pike time off of the mapped type and comes off capacity. Pending or rejected requests do not sync.
Send hours to payroll is off by default. When on, closing a pay period sends approved hours for hourly employees to the open payroll batch.
Set up and use Paylocity
Connect
- 1.Go to Workspace settings → Integrations → Paylocity and click Add integration.
- 2.Enter your Paylocity company ID, API client ID, and secret.
- 3.Choose the cost center level for teams, map time off types and earnings codes, then click Import data.
How to use it in your business
- Report utilization by cost center. Paylocity cost centers become Pike teams, so utilization by team matches payroll reporting.
- Pay from the hours you bill. Approved Pike hours go to the payroll batch, so pay and invoices use the same numbers.
Limits
- Salaried employees’ hours are not sent.
- Paylocity does not accept edits to submitted hours. Corrections go to the next pay period.
- Pike does not run payroll or calculate tax.
