Approved time off creates Pike time off of the mapped type and comes off capacity. Pending or rejected requests do not sync.
Send hours to payroll is off by default. When on, closing a pay period sends approved regular and overtime hours for hourly employees.
Set up and use UKG Pro
Connect
- 1.Go to Workspace settings → Integrations → UKG Pro and click Add integration.
- 2.Enter the web service account, Customer API Key, and Workforce Management API credentials.
- 3.Pick the org level for teams, map time off pay codes, then click Import data.
How to use it in your business
- Plan around approved time off. Approved UKG Pro requests come off capacity, so nobody books people who are out.
- Pay hourly staff from the hours you bill. Approved Pike hours go to UKG Pro timecards as pay code edits, so nobody keys hours twice.
Limits
- Salaried employees’ hours are not sent.
- Pike does not run payroll.
- Time off and hours need UKG Pro Workforce Management.
