From a customer page, Request direct debit mandate emails the customer a GoCardless mandate link. Invoices for customers with an active mandate are collected automatically on the due date.
How to connect GoCardless
- 1.Go to Workspace settings → Integrations → GoCardless, click Add integration, and authorize your GoCardless account.
- 2.Open a customer and click Request direct debit mandate.
- 3.Once the mandate is active, send invoices as usual. Pike collects them on the due date.
