Vantagepoint sets billing terms at project, phase and task level and uses the lowest level that exists. Pike reads one `hourlyRate` per project, so take the rate from the billing terms that cover most of each open project’s labor.
Vantagepoint costs labor from the employee’s job cost rate on the Accounting tab of the Employees hub, unless a cost rate table overrides it on the project. Set each Pike cost profile from the job cost rate, and compare margin on projects with a cost table.
Fill `budgetAmount` from project compensation and `budgetHours` from the Budget worksheet where you plan hours. Projects with an Overhead charge type map to `nonBillable`.
