Invoice inbox
Each row shows customer, amount, due date, status, number, and title. Sort by last created, due date, issued date, or title, and search by customer or title.Create an invoice
- Click + Create invoice.
- Select a Customer.
- Click Create to open the draft editor.
Required fields
- Customer: locked after the first line item is added if time entries are linked
- Project: filtered to the customer’s projects
- Line items: at least one row (see below)
- Due date, Issued at, and Currency
Line items
Each line is tied to a product from Finance settings.
Totals roll up tax-inclusive amounts. Mixed rates appear as grouped tax rows on the preview and PDF.
Add lines
- Choose time entries: for time-and-materials work; pulls approved, unbilled entries and marks them billed when confirmed
- Choose product only: for fixed-price or manual lines
From and To contacts
From lists workspace contacts. To lists the customer’s contacts. Defaults use each side’s primary contact when available.Send and download
On a Draft invoice:- Send → Send as email, multiple recipients, editable subject and body, PDF attached (same flow as deal quotes)
- Download PDF: save locally
- Connected accounting integrations may offer Send to your bookkeeping system instead
Statuses
Draft, Sent, Paid, and Overdue. Changing status away from Draft locks the invoice for editing to preserve accounting history.Deals
