Deal statuses

Custom deal statuses replace the fixed pipeline stages. Configure them once, then use them on Finance → Deals in list and kanban views. Open Settings → Deal statuses (workspace admins and managers).

Status fields

Each status has:

• Name and optional description
• Color: shown on kanban columns and deal cards
• Probability: used in pipeline forecasting
• Active: inactive statuses are hidden from new deals
• Won: marks closed-won deals; at least one status must stay won
• Archived: hides old statuses from the pipeline

Won status

Mark exactly one (or more) statuses as Won for closed deals. The last won status cannot be unmarked or archived until another status is marked won. Before you delete a status, move any deals on it to another status, Pike blocks deletion while deals still use that status.
